While we do not share personal details with Google Analytics, they collect and process data about user interactions that we cannot limit.
Users retain ownership of the content they post on Nightlight. By posting content, you grant Nightlight a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or abuse the platform.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Nightlight and you regarding the use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements between you and Nightlight.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be informed of changes via email, Discord, or in-app notifications.
